My three ingredient banana oatmeal cookies

I have been making these cookies for a while now, and I have to say they are absolutely delicious. They're super healthy, and super easy to make as they contain only 3 wholesome ingredients.

They can be eaten at any time of day, however I find they are perfect for when that mid - afternoon slump hits.

The beauty of these cookies is that you can add anything to them! Chocolate chips, nuts; berries you name it! Want to learn how to make them? Here's how...

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

YES, that is all you need! Oh, and only 20 minutes to make them.

Instructions:

(Since I am the only person in my household that eats them *rolls eyes*, this recipe only serves 1-2 people. If you want to make them for your whole family, simple double the measurements given below).
- First mash one ripe banana in a large mixing bowl
- Then mix in one cup of quick oats
- Mix in your tablespoon of peanut butter (my favourite part), I prefer crunchy, but you can use whatever peanut butter you prefer. BUT always lick the spoon.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on your baking sheet
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180-200'C
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

And that's it! Now all you have to do is try not to eat them all at once!

Love, Heleayner
